The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly

We're an opinionated and cantankerous bunch, so I thought it would be fun to work my way backwards through The Annals Of The Hive and make a list of people and things we've talked about and classify them. Being who we are, there's no way we'll reach consensus on the list, but maybe we'll get it close enough to what we think that somebody passing by The Hive will get an idea of the kind of people they've run into.

The categories are: the good, the bad, the ugly and unclassified. What good and bad mean is obvious, I think. When in doubt, I went by what I thought. Ugly means it could go either way. The people and things are neither all good nor all bad. Just ugly in some way. Unclassified is up for grabs. You can influence the outcome. It's a work in progress. So, without exception, here's the list for June.

All the McGregors? I'm one, technically.

Then we'll let you classify them. Where do you want to put them?

UGLY, can go either way:
Sneaky AND brilliant.
Sneaky blog administrator who writes a post that make us all go back over old posts in order to comment on the present post. This would be brilliant if you had ads, Billy.

I've actually been thinking I wish Blogger had a search function. From time to time, I recall something one of you has said but I can't remember who or what post it might have come from. Would be nice to be able to drop in a key word in and have it spit up the post!
This comes close to that. Man oh man, March will require some heavy lifting if you get that far.

Loved this. Great idea.

Only questions were: how did the health insurance industry only end up as an "ugly?" Was anyone putting up a defence?

And where is the Word Health Organization headquartered? I've always wanted to join an organization like that.

Like "priorized." It's a word that goddamn well needs saving. "Prioritized" is for subtards. Which reminds me. Can't we use the word retard at ALL anymore? Does the entire insult vocabulary I had at age 8 have to be annihilated? Isn't that unfair or oppressive somehow? Christ, leave me with something.

The Word Health Organization needs to save some of these. They're part of our heritage. Like gimp. Damn fine word, that one. "I'm on the gimp today."

It's like the goddamn Komogator comes at night and strips away a few more words.

McGregors. No family that I know can be classified either way. Some good, some bad, some just getting by.

Well, we'll move them to the ugly list then. But, just so you won't take it personally, I'll put the Glads and the rest of the Hive up there with them.

I might have a thing or two to say on this business.

GFTB, if you look up at the top left of the page, you see a search box. Put in a word and punch the Search Blog button. Only does exact matches, however.
